ST. JOHN’S — Tweed Argyle and Bakerstreet cannabis seeds are now available to purchase online at www.ShopCannabisNL.com, Cannabis NL announced Thursday.
With the legal purchase of cannabis seeds, it’s also reminding the public about the regulations regarding the possession of plants.
According to the Cannabis Act (Canada), a person 19 years of age or older isn’t permitted to have more than four cannabis plants per household and can’t have it in a public place or in a vehicle that’s in a public place a cannabis plant that is budding or flowering.
Cannabis NL — a division of Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation — is the exclusive online retailer of non-medical cannabis, having launched its eCommerce website www.ShopCannabisNL.com on Oct. 17.
