GANDER, NL – The Happy Valley-Goose Bay Rotary Club recently renewed a five-year agreement with EVAS Air that will mean big benefits the community.

The deal is worth $25,000, Rotarian Geoff Goodyear said in a news release.

“These funds will enable Rotarians in Happy Valley-Goose Bay to pursue local initiatives that support community developments, such as the Kids Eat Smart Program, high school speak-offs and scholarships,” Goodyear said.

“Rotary is very appreciative of the generous support and contribution by EVAS Air.”

EVAS president Patrick White said the airline is pleased to assist the Happy Valley-Goose Bay Rotarians with their worthwhile projects.

EVAS Air is an Air Canada connector in Newfoundland and Labrador and Atlantic Canada.
