GANDER, NL – Horticulture producers and processors from Newfoundland and Labrador are gathering in Gander for the next two days.
The Newfoundland and Labrador Horticulture Producers Council is hosting its annual general meeting and conference for 2018 at the Quality Hotel beginning today, March 6, and continuing tomorrow.
The council represents producers and processors of all horticulture crops including fruit, vegetables, berries, sod, nursery stock and greenhouse growers.
There will be presentations on crop production, human resource management and mentoring opportunities during the conference.
