The Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA) wrapped up its three-day conference and AGM with the annual ball and Rock Awards Gala in St. John’s Saturday.
Actor and comedian Mark Critch hosted the gala at the Delta Hotel in St. John’s at which five awards were presented and one induction was made into the NLCA Hall of Fame.
Winners of the 2019 ROCK Awards were:
• Locke’s Electrical Ltd. — winner of the Provincial Safety Award
RCS Construction Incorporated — winner of the General Contractor Award of Excellence
• The Cahill Group — winner of the Subcontractor Award of Excellence;
• Bird-Stairs — winner of the Supplier Award of Excellence –
• Cox & Palmer — winner of the Professional Services Award of Excellence.
In addition, Stuart Watson was inducted into the NLCA’s Hall of Fame.
