Question: When was your business established and how has your company been able to succeed and grow?
Answer: The Mortgage Shop was established in 2007, and secured franchise rights for a Dominion Lending Centres (DLC) in 2008. In the past 10 years, we have grown from just 2 to 16 Mortgage Professionals. We are 1 of approximately 350 DLC franchises in Canada. The DLC group of companies hosts more than 5,000 Mortgage Professionals across the country, making us the largest mortgage brokerage network in Canada. The key to our success is giving our clients a high level of service and a seamless mortgage process, saving them time and money.
