Lt.-Gov. Judy Foote, who is also chancellor for the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador, presented the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador to 10 people Tuesday during a ceremony at Government House in St. John’s.
The Order of Newfoundland and Labrador was presented to Kaetlyn Osmond, Joseph Butler, Richard Cashin, Paula Dawe, Rev. Arthur G. Elliott, Darryl Fry, Cassandra E. Ivany, Odelle Pike, John Christopher Pratt and Dr. Lloydetta Quaicoe.
The award recognizes accomplishments in “a field of endeavour benefiting in an outstanding manner Newfoundland and Labrador and its residents.”
