BOTWOOD, NL — The six of Clubs card was worth $7,278 for Nick Langdon on Wednesday night, Dec. 20, as the jackpot prize in the Chase the Ace grew to $46,695.50.

So with four cards left in the deck, the chase will continue past Christmas. The next draw is Wednesday, Dec. 27, with a jackpot that will likely be above $50,000.

And with bigger crowds coming out for the event, the 50/50 prize is also growing. The winner on Dec. 20 was Pat Connors from Norris Arm, taking home a prize of $7,278.
