A Corner Brook man is in custody and scheduled to appear in provincial court this morning on sex-related charges.
The man was arrested Wednesday by the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary after an investigation into a complaint of sexual assault and extortion was filed by a woman Monday.
The 42-year-old man has been charged with criminal harassment, indecent communications, harassing communications, extortion and sexual assault.
