Early learning and child care bilateral agreement to be announced on Friday

ST. JOHN’S - The provincial and federal governments are set to announce details of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Early Learning and Child Care Bilateral Agreement on Friday afternoon.

Premier Dwight Ball will be joined by provincial Education and Early Childhood Development Minister Dale Kirby, and MP Seamus O’Regan, on behalf of federal Families, Children and Social Development Minister Jean-Yves Duclos.

The announcement will take place at the Memorial University Campus Childcare Centre in St. John’s at 1 p.m.
