The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has extended the deadline for its public consultation on the recreational scallop fishery in Newfoundland and Labrador.
DFO is seeking views on the current licencing approach and management measures for the fishery.
The public and industry can provide comments, written submissions or any related questions. The deadline was initially today, March 6, but has been moved to April 6.
