EASTPORT, N.L. — A 59-year-old Eastport man had his licence suspended and vehicle impounded after refusing to provide the RCMP with a breath sample Feb. 14.
The man was pulled over by the Glovertown RCMP at approximately 2 p.m, after following up on a report of a suspected impaired driver in Eastport.
He has since been released by the RCMP and will appear in court on April 16, 2019, for refusing to provide a breath sample .
