Gas and propane down a tad; fuel oil nudges up

Drivers going to the pumps today will find gasoline is down 0.3 cents per litre, while diesel is going up by a cent.

Fuel oils for stoves and furnaces have increased slightly  —   under a cent a litre. Propane is down by a cent.

A promised reduction in gas tax will kick in Dec. 1. The temporary gas tax brought in during the 2016 budget be start to see reductions

Meanwhile, gas taxes will drop starting Dec. 1. Consumers will see their cost at the pumps decrease by four cents a litre as the provincial governments temporary gas tax is reduced.
