GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, N.L.
The RCMP is trying to identify an unknown female driver in a white car who picked up another woman walking on 13th Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor.
Police say they believe the woman was picked up either late Sunday night, Nov. 18, or early the following morning.
