GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, NL – The RCMP seized marijuana and open liquor during a traffic stop on the Trans-Canada Highway just west of Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday, May 28.
Police were responded to a report of a potential impaired driver.
Four adults were arrested as a result and the driver of the vehicle was charged with a number of offences under the Highway Traffic Act, according to a release from the RCMP.
The investigation is continuing in relation to possession of a controlled substance, the release also noted.
