GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, N.L. — On Wednesday, Feb. 6, Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP arrested Adam William Budgell at a residence in Bishop’s Falls without incident.
He appeared in provincial court in Grand Falls-Windsor on Thursday, Feb. 7 and remains in custody at this time (Friday afternoon, Feb. 8).
Budgell has outstanding charges in this province which include assault with a weapon, assault, uttering threats, forcible confinement, and failure to attend court.
Budgell is also wanted in Ontario for outstanding charges in that province.
He will appear in provincial court in Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday, Feb. 11.
RCMP in Grand Falls-Windsor received numerous reports from the public on the whereabouts of Budgell and thank the public for their assistance regarding this matter.
