GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, NL – Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP’s general investigation section has recovered 117 vehicle tires and other suspected stolen property linked to recent break and enter and theft cases in the area.
Police discovered the items while executing a search warrant on a seized vehicle as part of an investigation into stolen property.
The RCMP’s forensic identification section is helping to process the evidence.
According to police, the property owners will be contacted and the items returned once the necessary evidence has been obtained and exhibits processed.
