SPRINGDALE, N.L. — Springdale RCMP got a call on July 8 at about 6 p.m. regarding a vehicle rear-ended by a possible impaired driver on Route 390, near King’s Point.
Police attended the scene and arrested a 36-year-old woman from Springdale for impaired driving. RCMP said she was brought back to the detachment where she provided breath samples over the legal limit. The woman’s license was suspended and her vehicle impounded.
She was released from custody and will appear in court at a later date.
