At least two people were taken to hospital Sunday afternoon following a two-vehicle collision in St. John’s.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. between a taxi and a car at the intersection of Portugal Cove Road and Major’s Path and caused extensive damage to both vehicles.
Westbound traffic on Major’s Path was at a standstill until the scene could be cleared.
None of the injuries were thought to be serious.
