Bonavista Bay, NL -- New-Wes-Valley RCMP are warning the public after they were advised of a polar bear sighting on Silver Fox Island, Bonavista Bay this morning, April 2.

The RCMP recommend to remain away from Silver Fox Island and report any further sightings.
