Icy roads appear to have been a factor in a two-vehicle collision in St. John’s Monday morning.
The crash happened at the intersection of Kenmount Road and Wyatt Boulevard when a pickup was making a left turn from Kenmount onto Wyatt. An oncoming car apparently slid through the intersection and crashed into the truck.
A number of people were checked on scene for minor injuries by Eastern Health paramedics but no one was taken to hospital.
The RNC is investigating the incident.
