NORTH WEST RIVER, N.L. — A North West River man who had to attend provincial court in relation to impaired driving charges in August was stopped, arrested and charged again last week.
On Sept. 26, Sheshatshiu RCMP stopped the 68-year-old man and transported him to the station where he provided breath samples three times the legal limit.
He was once again charged with impaired driving, seized and impounded the vehicle and suspended his driver’s license.
He was held overnight and released on conditions not to operate a motor vehicle and to appear in provincial court on Oct. 7 to answer to all charges.
