VICTORIA, N.L. — The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Harbour Grace are investigating damage to the landscaping and grounds at the Beaver Pond Lookout Memorial Site in Victoria.

Police believe the damage was caused by an all-terrain vehicle sometime around Nov. 6.

Harbour Grace RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the person or persons responsible.
