HAPPY VALLEY-GOOSE BAY, N.L. — A 23-year-old woman originally from Nain was found deceased in a wooded area in Happy Valley-Goose Bay last night.

RCMP said at approximately 1:20 a.m. on Nov. 15 they responded to a report of a death and found the woman deceased. At this time the death is not considered suspicious, RCMP said.

The investigation is ongoing and RCMP Forensic Identification Services and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are also involved in the case.
