CORNER BROOK, N.L. — It's election today and Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, by nature of their time zone, are among the first of millions to cast their vote.

Polling stations throughout the province opened at 8:30 a.m. and will remain open for folks to cast their ballots until 8:30 p.m.

To find the candidates running in a particular riding, the location of a local polling station or to do some last-minute exploration of federal election issues, go to saltwire.com.
