Vehicle-pedestrian collision in St. John's sends one man to hospital Thursday night

One man has been taken to hospital following a vehicle-pedestrian collision on Captain Whelan Drive in St. John’s Thursday night.

The collision happened at about 6:15 p.m. as the car was headed west.

The victim’s injuries did not appear life-threatening.

The RNC is investigating the incident.
