Jamie Reardon, who was first brought to provincial court in St. John’s Wednesday, has his hearing set for this afternoon.
He was arrested Tuesday after RNC officers were said to have found him at around 5:20 p.m. passed out in his vehicle, which was parked on Lions Road in the capital city.
The 32-year-old faces charges of impaired driving (by drugs), possessing stolen property, driving while disqualified and two counts of breaching court unders.
Reardon also has another charge of driving while disqualified from a prior incident, Nov. 3, 2015. He’s due back in court Feb. 19 to answer to that charge.
