ST. ANTHONY, N.L. — A 44-year-old St. Anthony man is in custody following his arrest on a number of changes.
Scott Saunders is facing two charges of break and enter, three charges of trespassing at night, six charges of breaching conditions of an undertaking and six charges of breaching conditions of a recognizance.
On May 19, St. Anthony RCMP received a complaint of a break, enter and theft at a residence on Ollerhead Drive. While conducting neighbourhood inquiries, police learned of additional break and enters that were not reported.
As a result of those, Saunders was arrested. He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in Corner Brook Provincial Court for a bail hearing today, May 24.
