OBITUARY Bulgin, Donna Bulgin, Donna, 64. Passed peacefully away on November 16, 2017 at the Dr. L A Miller Center, Palliative Care Unit in St. John's, NL. Left with Heavy Hearts and Loving Memories are her son James, her sisters June, Glenda (Anthony), Gloria (Keith), and many Loving Friends. Donna devoted her life to her son James and to her pursuit of the Arts and Writing. Many Thanks to Dr. Cheryl Hurley, the Nurses and Staff of the Palliative Care Unit, for their exemplary care. Cremation has taken place at Donna’s request. A Memorial Service was held at Carnell's Funeral Home, St. John's, on November 25th.
