Earl Sheppard Jensen September 30, 1934 - June 9, 2018. Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre in Harbour Breton on Saturday, June 9, 2018, Earl Sheppard Jensen, age 83 years of Harbour Breton. Earl was predeceased by his wife, Grace; daughter, Bergedda; brothers, Robert, Ernest John, William and Horace. Leaving to mourn his loving family: sons, Charlie (Joanne) at Calgary, AB, Elmer (Greta) at Harbour Breton, Guy (Margaret) at Port Blandford, Jim and Robert (Sherry) all at Harbour Breton; daughters, Bella (Harvey) at CBS, Effie (Darin) at Mount Pearl and Gail (Darrin) at Branford, ON; thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Gerald Crant; sisters, Betty at Kingston, ON and Bergedda (John) at Saskatchewan; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm from St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church at Harbour Breton with Rev. Bruce Vallis officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Breton. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Spencer's Funeral Home.
