Obituary RONALD GEORGE CLARKE 1935 – 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald George Clarke announces his passing at his home in Springdale on February 21, 2011 at the age of 75. Ron retired from Newfoundland Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 740. Predeceased by mother, Pearl; father, Bennett; brothers, Roy, Edward, Jim, Harold and sister, Golda. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife, Helen; sons: Larry (Judy) of Springdale and Edward of Springdale; daughters: Peggy (Kent) of Orangeville, ON. Joanne (Lloyd) of Port Hope Simpson, Labrador. Also leaving to mourn sister, Jenny; brother, Morley; grandchildren: Melissa, Chad, Penney, Samantha, Clarke; great grandchildren: Jenny, Jessica and Isabella. Pastor Howard Head conducted the funeral service from the Pentecostal Church in Springdale on February 25, 2011 @ 2:30 P.M. Interment was at the Springdale Pentecostal Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kent Snow (Son-in-law), Boyce Bath (Brother-in-law), Cyril Goudie (Friend), Ron Saunders (Friend), Roy Critch (Friend) and Brad Elliott (Family Friend).
