Nathan Barker was selected as the Memorial University of Newfoundland Sea-Hawks’ male athlete of the week following strong performances in the team’s opening weekend in Prince Edward Island.

Barker scored 30 points and hauled down six rebounds in a Saturday night 94-82 loss to the Panthers, followed by a 17-point, 11-rebound game on Sunday as the Sea-Hawks fell 77-64.
