CINDY'S SNAPSHOT: So much beauty — so close to home

Regardless of where you live in Atlantic Canada, you don’t have to travel very far to find stunning vistas like this one. Wednesday evening, after the wind dropped off and before the sun dipped below the horizon, Mike Harvey set out with his drone to capture the spectacular colours of the fall foliage. He didn’t have to go far: this in Long Lake Park, a short 15-minute drive from downtown Halifax. There are always lots of good reasons to visit this lovely park in Spryfield N.S.; this weekend, it might be to check out those stunning colours!
Thanks for the bird’s eye view Mike.
